如果Tanks and Recognizers像是旅行，Eyes Like Brontide无异于一场探险，像Into The Wild里的Christopher那样独自上路，朝梦想的远方前行，不论是阿拉斯加荒野，北极冰原还是喜马拉雅山脉，当视野开阔的那一刻，被那遮天蔽地的旷美与静寂震摄住，所有的言辞都已多余，那是发自内心的感动

Oliver North Boy Choir(aka ONBC)是支丹麦的三人indie-pop团体，Mikkel和Ivan自高中认识，两人曾组过一个乐队名为Ivanhoe，Mikkel弹吉它Ivan做主唱，还一同参与其它乐团像是Venus和Pierre，直到在哥本哈根的酒吧认识了女生Camilla(后来成了Mikkel的wife)，三人才决定一起做音乐，那是05年的时候，06年乐队改名为ONBC，07年发行了首张单曲Adrenaline，事实上，那年一共发行了四张single(都有三四首曲，叫EP也可以)，全部只在网上提供下载，后来签到当地知名独立厂牌Crunchy Frog，推出一张合辑，收录了之前所有的单曲作品(像Airiel那个Box一样)
乐队新近翻唱了The Jesus & Mary Chain的Teenage Lust，有兴趣的可以当(save as)来听听

期待许久的新作"Save Your Light For Darker Days"，Digitonal却并不急于向人们展示什么，开场曲如一部长篇电影的序幕，bass drum的低沉回响伴着流水般的竖琴拨弦，引出华美恢弘的管弦乐合奏，随后由弦乐拉出悲怆的主旋律，Silver Poetry依然彰显了乐团在平衡古典与电音方面的才华，以渐进方式引导出悠扬的弦乐高潮，铺陈与结束亦很用心，Wide-Eyed, Wrapped In Love让人漂浮在波光粼粼的海面，聆听浪花和细风的声响，Boards Of Canada若要加点弦乐进来，估计就是这感觉，jazz味道的93 Years On，低沉的萨克斯管感伤而惆怅，Nothing Left to Say多了几分Kettle式的童趣，Emberkreiss的提琴不算特别突出，新专的重点似乎不在弦乐，而是有如电影配乐般的氛围营造，如果说首专玩了很多绚目的技巧，这张就显得更加成熟和沉稳，Gone属于悠闲惬意的午后时光，简单清新的吉它，夹杂着轻慢的鼓点节拍，After the First Death还有些许缓飘吉它特质，The Beating of Her Heart的氛围基调还是偏阴郁，虽然远没有Murcof那么冷，是提琴和鼓点让曲子变得优美活泼了起来

Lightsway(aka Tim Ingham)是名来自英国Plymouth的音乐人，年轻时待过的乐团都是MBV和Cocteau Twins的追随者，中途曾放弃过音乐创作，直到某日来了兴致，开始用他的破旧电脑做音乐，于是Winterlight诞生了，仅靠着laptop和吉它，合成"one part electronica, one part shoegaze, one part melancholy and one part hope"的音符。Lightsway则是Winterlight的另一面，“sometimes the same , sometimes different“
初听Lightsway让人想起Ulrich Schnauss，"A Strangely Isolated Place"里"Blumenthal"那样的感觉，只是电子节奏更为温暧朦胧，那种轻盈质感，就像是浓重的色彩被稀释了一般，若要比起Flares时期的Port-royal，在旋律编排上显得更为平易近人，少了点大气，如果说Port-royal是星辰，Lightsway更像是灯火
